Wayfinder is a free business support service provided by London Business Hub, the Mayor of London, in partnership with six boroughs (Newham, Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham, Southwark, Wandsworth, and Lambeth) across London. There is no lack of business support services in London, but finding the right one can be difficult.

For small business owners focusing on their day-to-day in a challenging economy, it can simply be too time-consuming. This is where London Business Hub Wayfinder helps. The aim of the programme is to connect small businesses with trusted expert advice and support for free. A team of Wayfinders remain on-hand throughout the business support journey to ensure the business receives the support it needs. Experts do all the hard work and connect businesses to impartial and high quality advice. 

After the first meeting, Wayfinders will conduct a free assessment to understand exact business needs. They will then connect the business with selected providers and based on the support they require. Once the business has received support from a trusted provider, they will be directed back to Wayfinders to discuss any further requirements or support they may need. 

Wayfinder can help with: business planning, financial planning, sales and marketing, staffing solutions, exporting and trade, and much more.
