Stab victim named as two men charged with murder

TWO MEN have been charged with murder after a man was stabbed to death in south-London.

Carlton McCloud, 47, was attacked on Old Kent Road, south east London, on Tuesday January 9. 

Police officers arrived at the incident at 6:50am but McCloud was soon pronounced dead at the scene. 

Following a post-mortem examination, the cause of death was determined to be “sharp force trauma to the chest”.

Matthew Henry, 39 of Coopers Road, Bermondsey, and Nicole Quamina, 34, of no fixed address, have both been charged with his murder.  The defendants have appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.

A 54-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman were arrested and have been release on bail.
