LEADING BLACK politicians and commentators are among those who took to social media to swiftly condemned remarks by one of the Conservative Party’s largest donors who told The Guardian that looking at Diane Abbott ‘makes you want to hate all Black women’.

The newspaper revealed in an article published today that Frank Hester, who has given £10m to the Tories in the past year, said in a meeting that he did not hate all Black women.

But he said that seeing Abbott, who is Britain’s longest-serving Black MP, and someone highly regarded in the Black community on TV meant “you just want to hate all black women because she’s there”.

According to the newspaper, he also called all his “foreign” workers together to defend himself against online claims that he had made racist remarks.

Hester’s reported comments several commentators wasted no time in expressing their anger and openly wondered whether or not the Conservative Party’s silence so far about the remarks amounted to an acceptance of racism at the highest levels of the party.

Leading Black MPs were among those who responded to the story.

Frank Hester’s comments were reported in today’s Guardian

Florence Eshalomi, Labour MP for Vauxhall wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. So she should be ‘shot’ just because she is a black woman. You may disagree with someone, not share their views and opinions but to incite racist hate is totally unacceptable.”

Dawn Butler, MP for Brent  Central wrote: “This vile man has now been bombarding Diane with messages. Every single MP incl @RishiSunak needs to call this out You can not be selective about MPs safety because this racist gives you £10m! Diane now being hounded this is unacceptable If anyone knows him ask him to STOP.”

A post from the Labour Party demanded: “Rishi Sunak, return the money your party has been given by Frank Hester.”

Also responding to the story was former footballer, now pundit and broadcaster Stan Collymore. He wrote on X that the seeming lack of response from the mainstream media and the Conservative Party to the story was “dangerous”.

“On any normal day in any normal country this would lead the 6pm news, have political parties all in agreement that this is incredibly dangerous and the Tories would publicly cut ties with this c*** along with being questioned by Police” he said.

Social commentator Michael Morgan wrote on X: “Sunak’s govt will, in the coming days, talk about tackling extremism. He will have selective amnesia when it comes to those in close proximity to him and their extremist views. Imagine that Tory donor, Frank Hester, called for Diane Abbot to be shot…”

Esheru, who posts under the handle Akan Kwaku said: “Why have you declined to comment @Conservatives? You are everything that is wrong with Britain. A racist, sexist, misogynistic, antisemitic and xenophobic party. You represent nothing that is decent in this country.”

Voice Newspaper reader, the single reason today, the Conservative donor, and businessman, Mr Frank Hester can state without fear of any meaningful political, or judicial retribution to his statement that the Rt Hon Diane Abbott MP, “should be shot” and “makes you want to hate all black women,” is entirely the fault of England’s public prolife African-heritage men, and women; who would rather wallow in their public kudos, and middle-class wealth, more than creating a political collective, or a political lobby, or a protective all party association.

Other ethnic, religious, and sexual minorities enjoy the protection of their Treasury funded lobbies, and leading public profile men, and women in politics, business, and religion.

Until England’s African, African-Caribbean heritage public profile men, and women, create a national Treasury Funded cross-party lobby.

Today the Rt Hon Diane Abbott MP is the target.

Tomorrow it will be the Rt Hon Dawn Butler MP, or any African-skinned MP, who does not sheepishly comply to Sir Kier Starmer’s wishes.

England’s African-heritage public profile people responding on social media, is completely inadequate for the outrage that has been committed against the Rt Hon Diane Abbott MP, and all of His Majesty’s African, and African-Caribbean heritage Subjects.

An outrage which enjoys the tacit approval of His Majesty’s Conservative Government, and Sir Kier Starmer’s Labour Party.

This piece of garbage will help to bring down the Tory Govt
because the appalling Rishi Sunak will do nothing about it.
Hope someone shoots this disgrace of a human being.
