IT’S A health trend that’s gone viral on social media with many trying out the infamous ice bath. 

And on today’s Lorraine, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’s Scarlette Douglas bravely followed in their famous footsteps live outside Television Centre. 

“I can’t believe I’m doing this,” said Scarlette. “If it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for me. Health benefits – physically, mentally. I think I’m ready for it.”

Just before she entered the ice bath Scarlette admitted: “I’m not going to dunk my head under” and questioned: “It’s all about the breathing?”

Upon entering, she squealed and said: “It’s freezing!… but do you know what, I’m actually okay!”

She continued: “I wouldn’t say loving it, but getting used to it.”

Although Scarlette ended the segment by disclosing: “Never again!”
