SPORTING EQUALS is working with the Golf Foundation to ensure that golf is accessible to people from all communities.
A short survey will enable Sporting Equals understand the perceptions and experience of golf among Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) young people aged 14-24.
All responses are anonymous so there is no need to supply your name or contact details. However, if you wish to enter the Prize Draw to have the opportunity to win a £25 Amazon voucher you will be required to leave your name, date of birth, postcode and email address.
Full details of the Prize Draw are provided at the end of this survey. Your contact information will only be used for the purposes of the Prize Draw.
Diversity
Sporting Equals exists to promote ethnic diversity across sport and physical activity, and are the only organisation in the UK to do so. Originally set up in 1998 by Sport England, in partnership with the Commission for Racial Equality, the organisation is now a fully independent body and a national partner of Sport England.
The survey complies with UK Data Protection Act 2018. If you require a copy of Sporting Equals’ Privacy Notice please email [email protected]
The survey will close 5pm on August 31.
