THE Barbados Royals Girls Cricket Club have announced the appointment of Hayley Matthews as its Global Ambassador.

A powerhouse in international cricket, Matthews brings her unparalleled skill, leadership, and passion to support the growth of women’s cricket at the grassroots level.

Hailing from Barbados, Hayley Matthews has earned acclaim as both the captain of West Indies cricket and the Barbados cricket teams. Her exceptional performance on the field has not only solidified her status as a cricketing sensation but has also earned her the prestigious International Cricket Council (ICC) Female Player of the Year accolade.
